Equipment problems do sometimes occur, for all sorts of reasons. Often a cost-effective repair may be viable, rather than opting for an expensive replacement, so it’s worth referring any breakdowns to us. We’ll diagnose the problem and give you a cost estimate before proceeding – and if we don’t think a repair is worthwhile, we’ll say so. Our technical team regularly attend manufacturers’ product training courses. They are highly experienced at repairing most brands and types of equipment and normally manage to turnaround repairs within 14 days or fewer. If there are delays, we’ll let you know, and perhaps deliver some loan or hire equipment, if that’s helpful.
If you have mission-critical equipment, the prospect of an unexpected breakdown can be highly stressful. Even a minor glitch can ruin a presentation and lose you valuable business. So if you’re at risk in this way, it makes sense to have us set up regular site visits to you by our mobile engineers, who cover the entire UK. They can make diagnostic checks to verify that everything is connected and operating efficiently, and carry out routine maintenance where appropriate. And in case problems occur between visits, you can have the additional reassurance of a priority 24- or 48-hour emergency call out arrangement.
