Maintenance Contracts

Maintaining your equipment along with regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance visits can ensure reliability and also extend the life of your audio visual equipment. Audio visual equipment is rapidly becoming an ever critical part of your business and downtime is one of the most expensive results of even minimal neglect. By having a Maintenance Contract in place, you will be able to avoid all the disruption of business and the urgent and time consuming task, sometimes costly, of finding an engineer that is experienced and qualified to repair your equipment and get your system up and running again.
Project Audio Visual have many years experience in providing maintenance cover for audio visual equipment, from single projectors all the way up to fully integrated video conferencing suites. No matter how big or how small the cover required, Project Audio Visual will always give a service that is second to none to ensure that you have a smooth and trouble free experience getting your audio visual equipment back up and running.
With one of Project Audio Visual's bespoke Maintenance Contract, designed to cover all of the customer's requirements, you will benefit from such services as; Telephone Support, Guaranteed Response engineer call-outs, Preventative Maintenance visits, Health Check and Loan Replacement (only on loan replacement contracts).
Project Audio Visual will try and help rectify any problems via telephone support initially to prevent minimal downtime. If the problem is something more serious, then we will send out an engineer to site within 8 working hours (4 working hour response time contracts also available in certain areas). The engineer will then try and repair the problem on-site. If repair on-site is not possible, the engineer will remove the faulty audio visual equipment and leave the customer with a working system where possible (or loan replacement if option taken). Project Audio Visual aim to turn around all repairs as rapidly as possible to leave minimal downtime to the customer.
Our Maintenance Contracts come with 1 or 2 preventative visits per year and we will also give your system a health check. From the health check, we will be able to give the customer any recommendations on changes to their system to keep their technology up to date or to get the best use from the system
