Can we start with a small system and enlarge it later?

Our IT department is already stretched. How will they cope with a new audio-visual system as well?

How do I know you won’t sell me inefficient or outdated equipment?

I've heard that video conferencing tends to be unreliable and of poor quality. Is that true?

Surely video conferencing is only viable for very large organisations?
