SANNE is a global provider of corporate administration and alternative fund services. With locations all over the world, their headquarters is based in Jersey where they have recently moved into a brand new office overlooking the main port. From these worldwide locations, SANNE are able to provide their clients with a wide range of complementary business services including private & corporate client services as well as alternative asset services.
SANNE initially made contact with Project Audio Visual to talk to us about helping with the AV side of the fit out of their new headquarter in Jersey, an opportunity we simply could not turn down. Their brief included fitting out numerous meeting spaces including Huddle Rooms, Conference Rooms, Boardrooms a Reception area and the Canteen area.
This project was to be phased as so it fit in with the Fit-Out company’s schedule of works in their building. Project Audio Visual were also faced with the possible complications in the logistics of this project including both transporting the hardware and labour required to the small island of Jersey. Due to our extensive experience of providing complex Audio Visual solutions to other clients both in Europe and Worldwide, this was a challenge that we met with ease.
SANNE wanted an experience that incorporated very little change in the Audio Visual environment as they moved from the smaller Huddle areas to the larger Boardrooms in the way that the are used. After numerous meetings and conference calls, the client settled on using Skype for Business as its preferred Unified Communication (UC) and Audio Conferencing solution.
On this basis we incorporated numerous Crestron Mercury systems combined with Logitech PTZ Pro cameras, as well as some sound reinforcement in the larger rooms. The client also settles on using the Philips D-Line screens because of their added features. The Crestron Mercury units not only integrated into the Skype for Business infrastructure, but along with the Logitech cameras allowed for users and guests to use any other UC platform available to them.
The added benefit of the built in Crestron AirMedia 200 wireless presentation system and ability to incorporate into Crestron Fusion when room booking is required, made these units the ideal choice for a clutter free UC environment.
The project completion was met with a few issues, but these were quickly resolved and we were able to supply an on-site programmer on multiple occasions to also aid with the project handover and initial teething problems with the users getting used to their new system.
The client has been very happy with the ongoing help provided that they have now decided to purchase an ongoing maintenance contract for their new system as well as talk to us about other locations in their global network.
