Solera Audatex

The Challenge

To deliver the complete AV solution and hybrid working ecosystem in Solera’s new HQ in Bracknell, UK.

The project required standardisation across meeting rooms in four separate office buildings, which would house meeting environments from two-person huddle spaces to a 200-capacity town hall auditorium.

The Solution

We designed and delivered a Microsoft Teams Rooms certified solution, using accredited hardware to  create a fully customised solution.

This ensures a consistent and intuitive user experience across all spaces, which include two-person  huddle areas, a 200-capacity auditorium and 40 meeting rooms.

Collaboration with global teams was a priority for Solera, so we selected camera and microphone  technology that allowed participants to move throughout each room whilst still being seen and  heard perfectly.

The Result

Solera Audatex now has a system that has instilled consistency across all its meeting spaces and buildings, which has resulted in an uptake in employee technology usage. Employees can easily connect to those in another office and share and edit documents via the Teams platform. 

The entire project was deployed and installed across four buildings within 46 weeks.

We also delivered adoption training and provided ongoing support to ensure the solutions are maintained and utilised well into the future.
