Project Audio Visual has always been built around people, relationships and the belief that great workplace technology should make life easier for the teams using it.
Over the years, we’ve been lucky to work with brilliant clients, partners and friends across the AV industry, delivering projects across the UK, Europe and beyond. We’re incredibly proud of the reputation the team has built and the work we’ve delivered together.
We’re now starting a new chapter as part of IUF, the international digital media, digital signage and experiential technology business.
IUF has acquired the business and assets of Project Audio Visual UK and Europe, bringing our specialist workplace and AV expertise into a wider business with global scale, managed services capability and experience across digital signage, retail media, stadiums, transport, DOOH, live events, attractions and smart infrastructure.
As part of this move, Project Audio Visual will become a part of IUF Workplaces, IUF's dedicated division focused on connected, future-ready workplace environments.
Steve Hudson, COO of Project Audio Visual, said:
“The acquisition creates a positive way forward for the expertise, relationships and reputation built by Project Audio Visual over many years.
“Being a part of IUF gives our existing clients and partners continuity, while opening up new opportunities through the organisation’s wider digital, international and managed services capability.”
“We have been incredibly fortunate to work alongside an exceptional team, loyal customers, trusted partners and friends across the AV industry, all of whom have played an important part in our journey. We are immensely proud of everything Project Audio Visual has achieved, the relationships we have built, and the projects we have delivered around the world.”
Josh Bunce, CEO at IUF, said:
“Project Audio Visual built a respected position in the UK workplace market, with strong technical knowledge and long-standing sector relationships.
“The creation of IUF Workplaces allows us to carry forward that expertise, while giving clients the confidence of our scale, international reach and managed service capability.
“As organisations continue to invest in smarter, more connected environments, this move strengthens our ability to deliver seamless digital solutions across workplace projects, complementing our innovation across retail, venues, stadiums, transport, live events and public spaces.”
We’re excited about what comes next and look forward to continuing to support clients and partners as part of IUF Workplaces.
